Shipping policy

TEERTH Creation is dedicated to providing a smooth, reliable, and secure shipping experience for customers across India. All orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation, while customized or high-demand products may require additional processing time. Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days depending on the customer’s location, courier availability, and local serviceability. Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed during checkout, and free shipping may be offered on selected products, promotional campaigns, or minimum order values. After shipment, customers receive tracking details through Email, SMS, or WhatsApp so they can monitor their order status in real time. Cash on Delivery (COD) service is available for selected products and eligible pincodes, although additional COD charges may apply in certain cases. Courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts before returning the package to us if the customer is unavailable. Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details, including address and contact number, as TEERTH Creation will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information. If any order arrives damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for verification and resolution. Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected during public holidays, festivals, natural disruptions, or unexpected courier delays, but we always strive to ensure every order reaches our customers as quickly and safely as possible.
